My journey began close to the work itself: machines, operators, production, and the everyday decisions that keep a business moving.
Over time, that view expanded—from technology consulting and client projects to manufacturing leadership, people and operations, finance, and business transformation.
That experience shaped how I work today. A commercial challenge may also be a people challenge. A performance problem may begin with unclear ownership. A growth ambition needs more than a good plan; it needs a business that can carry it.
I founded DIKA Consulting to help owners and leadership teams connect those pieces. My approach combines business management with an interest in NLP, neuroscience, and the human side of decision-making.

Partnering with leadership teams on growth strategy, organizational design, financial visibility, and cross-functional execution. Translating priorities into accountability, KPIs, and management routines.

Head of People & Operations
ERSPO
Scaled the team from 5 to approximately 50 by August 2024. Oversaw people and finance operations while supporting fundraising, investor relations, and the systems needed for a growing consumer business.
2020–2023
Plant Manager → Head of Business Development
Kedaung Oriental
Built a new division of approximately 100 employees across production, marketing, finance, R&D, and warehousing. Established SOPs and OKR-based performance management; completed SQP, GSV, and WCA audit programs.

Is the business growing faster than its ability to deliver?
Growth creates new demands on cash, coordination, and people. I look at whether the operating structure can support the next stage: who owns each decision, where work gets stuck, and what leaders need to see before acting.
Does the team have a motivation problem—or a clarity problem?
Before judging performance, I examine direction, expectations, role boundaries, and the support available. Clear ownership and useful feedback give people a better foundation for accountability.
What is the next decision that would make the biggest difference?
A long list of initiatives can hide the real priority. The work begins with identifying the constraint, examining options, and choosing a focused action that can be reviewed and improved.
